We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive for our successful and family run business in Nuneaton, who offer growth of their employees and offer a number of benefits.

The main purpose of this role combines overseeing the internal business development pipeline whilst assisting in the growth of new business development. Promote marketing and be motivated to develop and promote the company.

To be considered for the Sales Executive role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Ideally hold previous sales or new business experience
Strong working knowledge using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to generate new business leads and growth of current pipeline
Be determined with a positive mental attitude
Demonstrable success in business development
Be approachable with good interactive and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders/business owners and third parties
Strong team player and excellent relationship building skills
Reporting to the Director, you’ll also be:

Develop key opportunities for increasing new business
Identifying and researching potential new clients
Be ambitious and target driven, management and implementation of the business development aspects
Work to build strong business relationships with existing and potential clients
Plan and assist in the preparation of pitches and proposals
Encourage and promote the Business to enhance existing relationships and grow revenue
Taking orders or request of samples and follow up on the lead
Monitoring orders and work closely with the Customer service representative
Upselling of accessories or packages that are available
Create and forecast a strategy for the year ahead
