Redditch • Permanent• Full-Time • Salary Up to £25,100 per annum
Our client in Redditch, who are a leading catering equipment supplier, are seeking a Quotes Administrator to join their Sales and Equipment team. This role is a fast paced, versatile position which will suit a candidate who is used to working in a busy team, and proficient on MS Office. Ideally, you will have previous account management experience, and will have the ability to understand and interpret data. The Quotes Administrator's day-to-day duties are as follows:
* Monitoring all new work requests from account managers and ensuring all new work requests are
* Passed to the correct department.
* Obtaining quotes from suppliers
* Processing new quotes and sending out by e-mail.
* Updating the bespoke in-house system accordingly
* Quoting one-off catering equipment
* Liaising with suppliers for quotes
* Liaising with sub-contractors for quotations for works requested
* Sourcing alternative quotations as necessary
* Dealing with customer queries and keeping them updated
* Progress of authorised orders
* Co-ordination of delivers and installations.
The Quotes Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
* Previous experience in a customer contact role.
* Account management experience would be desirable
* Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Able to work on your own initiative but also part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to summarise data, reports etc
* Previous experience in a fast-paced role

* Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break
