A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A 1ST LINE NOC ENGINEER:
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding customer service through proactive communication.
Efficiently managing incidents, changes, and information requests in ServiceNow.
Troubleshooting our LAN and WAN product and service portfolio.
Following internal processes to deliver and satisfy customer requests
You'll need to really know your stuff, so it'd be great if you had:
At least 12 months of experience in a busy, customer-focused Telco, Data Centre, or IT service environment.
Networking qualification like CCNA or a relevant degree.
At least 24 months of specialist experience in LAN, WAN, or WLAN (CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience).
Comfortable with 'shift' work.
BPSS, SC, and other clearances are required for this role.
The boring stuff:
Permanent position
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts of 7-3:30 / 9-5:30 & 10:30-7)
A requirement to work 1 weekend in 6 - but days off given in the week and overtime paid for additional hours
