Head Of Operations

Concept Resources are proud to be working with a growing Facilities firm based on the Birmingham Business Park, who are looking for a Head of Operations to join their Senior Management Team. The role will focus on the day to day running of the office, deparentments, supervisiors and on going projects. The ideal canddiate will have had previous experience in a Facilities firm, have great people management skills and be focused on driving the business forward positively.

Primary Duties

* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies

* Support the Directors in achieving the agreed financial budget

* Recruit, motivate and retain the best staff and engineers to deliver high levels of customer service

* Develop an effective empowered complimentary team

* Achieve the highest standards of customer service and service delivery

* Treat client relationships as our most valuable assets and achieve the KPI’s

* Operate a high level of control and maximise productivity

* Identify, manage and advise the Directors of any commercial risks

* Ensure accurate monthly financial and departmental reporting

Additional Duties

* Effectively manage people, and develop effective people management skills

* Control and maintain agreed direct labour to sub-contractor ratios

* Continually improve business performance

* Have mutual trust and respect of the business and people priorities

* Tackle difficult issues early

* Ensure full compliance with the business standards
