Delivery Coordinator

At RideNow Powersports, we are a leading retailer in the powersports industry, offering a wide range of motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles. We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of purchased units and ensuring a smooth handover of ownership to the customer. You will work closely with the sales team, service department, and customers to ensure a positive and seamless delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the delivery schedule of purchased units, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Inspect and prepare units for delivery, ensuring they are clean and all accessories are properly installed.
Review and explain all necessary paperwork to customers, obtaining their signatures for necessary documentation.
Conduct thorough inspections of units with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide customers with information and instruction on the safe operation and maintenance of their units.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a similar role, preferably in a powersports dealership.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
