*** Providing 1:1 and small group support to GCSE Maths students.
*** Exceptional mentoring and support opportunities.
 
The Graduate:

At least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, or a related subject.
Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and the confidence to aid students with their understanding.
Passion for the field of mathematics and a dedication to the education of KS3 and KS4 students.
Clear, concise communication style.
Previous experience of working alongside secondary school students is beneficial, but not essential. 
The Role

Assisting teaching staff with daily tasks such as planning and delivering lessons, assessing classwork, and providing feedback.
Creating personalised support strategies.
Providing 1-2-1 and small group GCSE Maths support.
Addressing students’ questions and queries.
Partaking in staff meetings and training courses.
Assisting in parent’s evenings.
