Day Community Support Worker
We are seeking a Day Community Support worker to pick up adhoc shifts during the day to support service users with daily tasks such as taking public transport, shopping, attending appointments and helping to build independence and lift skills.
Job Purpose:
To work within Day Opportunities
To provide a high quality service to individuals which may involve carers and families in the community that promotes independence, choice and control and enablement packages of care and support using Person Centred Approaches.
To be outcome focused and to maximise independence and opportunities with the person.
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care required
Manual Handling certificate required
£14.41 per hour

Based in Wolverhampton
