I am working with a maintenance contractor in search for an Office Manager to join their team based in Bradford.

In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
Database Maintenance: Keep comprehensive databases of projects, clients, and subcontractors up-to-date.
Recruitment and Training: Manage the recruitment process for new employees and organize training programs to enhance their skills.
Supply Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Human Resources: Handle HR responsibilities, including managing employee records, benefits, and addressing personnel issues.
Facility Upkeep: Organise repairs and upgrades to the office environment as needed.
Utility Management: Ensure timely payment of utility bills and manage related queries.

Working hours - Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week

Pay - £14 per hour PAYE

This part-time role offers a competitive starting pay of £14.00 per hour, with expected working hours ranging from 20 to 25 per week.
