CNC TURNER
Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd are a successful busy family run Sub Contract Engineering Company and are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator, offering excellent rates of pay to the right candidate. We produce parts for the medical, Gas & Oil, Hydraulic , Food & Brewing industries & many more.
CNC TURNER
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes (Miyano BNJ 42SY / Doosan Puma TT1800SY)
* Working to tight tolerances
* Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 2500 off.
* Setting and Operating using Fanuc Controls
* Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic material
CNC TURNER
Skills Required
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes
* Experience using twin spindle lathes is an advantage but not necessary
* The ability to program is advantageous but not essential
* Previous experience working within a precision manufacturing environment.
* The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings
* Good work ethic
In house training will be provided until the candidate feels comfortable with the machine.
200 hours holiday per year + Statutory holidays.
(Every 3 years 10 hours extra holiday day added)
CNC TURNER HOURS
4 DAY WEEK
40 hours per week.
Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5.00pm
Wage dependant on skill level
