Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in the commercial catering sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to wire bespoke servery counters, heated gantries, hot cupboards, and other related equipment within our factory setting. Additionally, the Electrician will undertake site works to wire up, connect, and commission counters at various locations within the UK.

Responsibilities:

* Wire bespoke servery counters, heated gantries, hot cupboards, and other equipment according to provided specifications and electrical diagrams.

* Ensure all wiring adheres to relevant electrical codes and standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues during the manufacturing process.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient assembly and installation of electrical components.

* Travel to various locations within the UK to install and commission servery counters and related equipment.

* Conduct on-site wiring, connection, and testing of electrical systems.

* Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely completion of installations.

* Provide on-site support and troubleshooting as needed.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

* Follow relevant health and safety regulations at both factory and site locations.

* Maintain proper documentation of all electrical work and inspections.

* Interact professionally with clients and end-users during site visits.

* Provide clear explanations of electrical installations and operation of equipment to clients as needed.

* Address any customer concerns or questions regarding electrical systems.

Experience Required:

* Proven experience as an Electrician.

* Experience in the commercial catering sector would be advantageous.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.

* Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations - BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 (18th Edition Electrical Regulations)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Flexibility to travel and work at various locations within the UK.

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

* City and Guilds 2391 ( Inspection and Testing )

* City and Guilds 2365 Part 2

* City and Guilds 2365 Part 3

* City and Guilds 2377 PAT Testing

* City and Guild NVQ3 and AM2 would also be preferable.
