IT Engineer (2nd Line support)

Role:
* Support and optimize the deployment environment in relation to production
* Offer a professional technical support & solutions to customers
* Complete installations & able to perform data transformation
Skills:
* Able to prioritise tasks to achieve workload in an efficient manner
* Confident and able to communicate effectively
* 2nd line support experience/exposure
* Able to adapt to new systems and software efficiently
* Experience in various software would be advantageous.
* SQL exposure
This role would be in office Monday-Friday, with a salary of £31,000 - £36,000 dependant on your experience. Our client has various benefits and a focus on maintaining a great work environment, with regular work social events and incentives. We look forward to hearing from you
