Production Operatives Needed in Huddersfield
Major Recruitment is seeking dedicated Production Operatives in the Huddersfield area. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and assembly experience, we want to hear from you!
Production operative responsibilities:
Perform regular line cleaning.
Safely and efficiently handle product setup and changeovers.
Ensure production targets are met concerning quality, health & safety, and waste minimisation.
Participate in assembly work.
Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards across the site.
Handle light manual tasks.
Exhibit exemplary attitude, contribution, and teamwork within your team.Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday:
Early: 06:00 - 16:30
Nights: 20:30 - 07:00
Lates: 11:00 - 21:30Key Competencies for Production Operatives:
Prioritise tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
Communicate clearly and effectively.
Be conscientious with excellent timekeeping skills.
Strong team player.
