Early Years Practitioner

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in children? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our client's team in Gildersome, LS27! This full-time role offers a 40-hour contract over 4 or 5 days, providing you with a flexible schedule to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Plan and implement engaging activities that stimulate children's development and curiosity.
Observe and assess children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and other staff members.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere.
Follow health and safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe learning space.Requirements:

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
A relevant qualification in early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different routines and work environments.
