Role: Early Years Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Leeds
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Pay Rate: £75.00-£95.00
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children in school nurseries and under-2 provisions.
Support planned activities that stimulate children's learning and development.
Monitor and assess children's progress, reporting observations to staff and parents.
Ensure a safe, nurturing environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
Collaborate with nursery staff and other team members to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Adapt to different settings and routines, ensuring consistency in care and education.Requirements:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.
Knowledge of early years education and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in different settings and adapt to various routines.
