SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Southam who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator. This would suit someone with a Customer Service or Sales background that would like progression to Account Manager.
£26,000 + Bonus
Office based but can work 1 day a week from home after probation.
Role of Customer Support Administrator:
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for working within a busy sales office as part of a proactive sales team. The role will be to efficiently and effectively deal with customer queries whilst providing ad hoc administration support to the Wholesale Account Managers.
Accountability:
Accountable for maximising the level of customer enquires dealt with on a day to day basis. Part of your role will involve improving customer service, improving customer relationships and problem solving. You will provide administration support to the wider sales team ensuring all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
Tasks:
Sales:
- Handling customer enquiries in an effective an efficient manner.
- Resolving any customer complaints or concerns.
- Processing customer's orders and making sure the correct information is processed.
- Building a business relationship with customers.
- Giving product information including stock availability, prices and delivery.
- Processing customers orders through our system.
- Placing enquiries and orders with suppliers.
- Making sure the correct delivery information is processed.
- Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customer.
- Communicating customer information to the relevant Wholesale Account Manager.
- Provide adhoc administrative support to the Wholesale Account Manager team.
- Liaise with other departments as required.
Internal Control
- Ensure that company policy and procedures are adhered to.
▪ Ensure the appropriate responses are made in a timely fashion to requests
▪ Carry out any reasonable request / tasks as deemed necessary by the office manager.
▪ Read, understand and action all points in the employee handbook as they become relevant.
▪ Inform the manager immediately of anything suspicious, unusual, or contradictory to the proper running of the office.
- Ensure relevant policies and procedures are followed to enable compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the aspects of responsibility under the control of this role.
- Support of internal and external audit activities as required.
Customer:
- Dealing with any general enquiries.
- Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customer.
- Ensure all promotions are communicated to the customers
- Ensure the agreed 'Customer Journey' is carried out with every customer.
- Ensure customers are dealt with in a manner that portrays a professional image
