Job Role: Contracts Manager
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £90,000/£95,000 + Package (D.O.E)
Our client a main contractor are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work underneath the Regional Director on a number of projects within the Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, Residential sectors.
Job Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Negotiating construction contracts for the organization or clients
* Drafting and revising a variety of contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
* Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with suppliers and clients
* Researching, gathering, and presenting information to clients and/or stakeholders regarding contracts.
* Overseeing and/or managing the ordering of materials and supplies
* Preparing budgets and ensuring that the completion and production of construction projects fall within budget
* Devising ways by which budgets can be minimized
* Managing an Operational team throughout the Yorkshire region.
