We are representing a credible Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have a large presence throughout the Yorkshire region. As a result of their continued growth now have a excellent Opportunity for a Deputy Team leader to join their business and work alongside overseeing a team of Administrators which will involve reporting to the Senior team within the business. The role offers excellent development should that be something you are wanting to pursue.
 
Responsibilities
Allocation of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across the team using the Intelligent Office system.
Training of new and less experienced members of the Adviser Support team and the wider business.
Maintenance of holiday, sickness and other absence records.
Helping colleagues understand the requirements of submitting work requests to the team correctly.
Overseeing the successful delivery of company campaigns, for example the annual GIA to ISA campaign.
Processing paper based and complex business where online applications cannot be made.
Completing the ‘post implementation’ of all investment and pension related new business.
Processing Protection business and seeing this through to completion.
Actioning letters of authority/appointment and obtaining plan information from product providers
Dealing with client changes of address, disengaging clients, deceased clients and clients making changes to personal details. Manage absence (holidays, sickness, etc.) to ensure the team is adequately resourced at all times re-allocating workloads and tasks where necessary to minimise adviser disruption and client dis-advantage.
Provide support, training and guidance to less experienced Colleagues, Peers and Advisers to assist
You will need to have Industry related experience to be considered and ideally worked in a leadership capacity.
