Our client is a market leader in the distribution of automotive parts and components across the UK and Ireland. They are looking for a Financial Controller for their highly successful business.
You will take departmental ownership of the finance function and raise the finance profile within the business and the overall group.
This is an exciting time to join the business. In 2023, it was acquired by a global company and is currently expanding its product ranges, channels, and markets.
You will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of finance within the business, including cash flow, treasury, audit, monthly management accounts for internal/group reporting, VAT and taxation.
The company will offer you a salary of £50k—£55k, 25 days of holidays, and other benefits.
You will be strategic in that you will be able to provide commentary and insight on the monthly management accounts to the directors and owners.

You will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience managing the finance function of an SME, ideally in a distribution or similar type of industry.
