Head of Finance

Head of Finance, York, North Yorkshire. Hybrid working.

A new opportunity has arisen within a well-established healthcare business in North Yorkshire, for an experienced Finance Manager to join as their Head of Finance. You will have solid experience at management level, ideally formally qualified, with the energy and passion required to join the leadership team of a growing, ambitious business.

Reporting directly to the group chairman, with the support of a Finance Assistant you will manage all aspects of the finances of both the core business and an associated charity.

They have multiple sites in the North of England, a range of services, a growing estates portfolio and around (Apply online only) employees.

You will be a member of the senior leadership team, and duties will include management accounts, all aspects of statutory reporting & HMRC obligations, PAYE, management of financial compliance, financial and commercial process management & improvements, mentoring and carer development of the finance assistant, and working with the CEO on development company policy and organisational growth strategy.
