We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Repair Shop Shuttle Driver. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transportation for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from their desired locations, providing a comfortable and timely shuttle service experience
Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times
Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring their safety and security throughout the trip
Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations when on the road, prioritizing the safety of all passengers and pedestrians
Keep track of inventory and supplies related to the shuttle service, restocking as necessary
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and professional manner
Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-the-go
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physically fit, with the ability to lift light objects and assist customers with their belongings
Familiarity with local roads and routes, ensuring efficient transportation for customers
