Job Description
We have a client who is looking for a Strategic Communications Project Manager who will ensure the management, organization and collaboration of all Strategic Communications and Demand Generation marketing projects. This position will effectively manage project priority, team capacity, appropriate task delegation and coordinating project details to drive efficiency, meet deadlines and provide overall support of the Strategic Communications and Demand Generation Team.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the newly created marketing intake process for marketing requests
-Create, maintain and enforce (url removed) workflows
-Act as primary liaison for the Strategic Communications & Demand Generation and cross-functional teams
-Assist with project planning
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project status to stakeholders and team members
-Analyze project needs, identify gaps, define capabilities, and propose possible solutions
-Thoroughly document meetings, next steps and follow-ups
-Build strong relationships across the organization establishing as a trusted resource
- Facilitates project lifecycle ensuring checkpoints, approvals and deliveries are successfully met- Provide critical thinking and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
