We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Testing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) testing methodologies and practices, along with extensive experience in training individuals or teams in QA testing techniques. The QA Testing Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure that our QA team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have pre built course material for the training (including presentations, manuals, and exercises, covering various aspects of QA testing methodologies, tools, and best practices).
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to QA team members, both in-person and remotely, ensuring that content is effectively communicated and understood.
Assess the training needs of individuals and teams within the QA department, and tailor training programs accordingly.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, answering questions and clarifying concepts as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA testing methodologies and tools, and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.
Collaborate with other members of the QA team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training efforts and departmental goals.
Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on career development opportunities within the field of QA testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, with a focus on software testing methodologies and practices.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for QA testing, either in a corporate or academic setting.
Strong understanding of QA testing tools and technologies, such as test management software, automation tools, and defect tracking systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB certification) is preferred but not required.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements in QA testing.
