JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is currently in search of an Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
* Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defensebackground
* Trial experience preferred, but not required
* Experience with public entity defense a plus
* Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
* Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
* Member, State Bar of California in good standing
* Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Commitment to proactive case management
