Job Description
Continue your hospitality career as a Valet Manager, where you'll be the first and last point of contact, ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience.  The Valet Manager reports directly to the Rooms Management team and is responsible for supervising and coaching the valet team.
Set the proper example for the valet team by living the Auberge values and standards
Work with the Rooms Management team to improve/change standards and processes as needed to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
Roll out any new initiatives that are implemented for the valet team
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
