About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for managing assigned client engagements and leading the agency team to successful completion of work on assigned projects. The Sr. Account Manager will oversee internal resources & agency leads assigned to a client engagement, with direct responsibility for delivering work on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy. The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management skills, and be a motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful client management.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage client deliverables including timing, costs, creative, reviews, meetings, and communications, ensuring final deliverables on projects are on time and meet the quality and expectations of the agency and the client.
Serve as day-to-day contact to clients and internal teams on assigned projects in a fast-paced atmosphere, fielding questions, bringing clarity to campaign delivery needs, and adding value at all stages of campaigns.
Maintain a clear understanding of the overarching strategy on all assigned projects and represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions.
Oversee and run team status meetings to align internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting/projects.
Assist senior account leadership staff in client communication and management, development of strategy presentations, communication plans, element/creative briefs, and other client-mapping deliverables.
