As part of the Exotec Product organization, the Control Center supports our existing clients on a long-term basis, ensuring the continuous performance of our systems and client satisfaction around the clock - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of repairs, managing workload plans, ensuring resource availability, and participating in the implementation of efficient processes and tools.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead the team to achieve set objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Quality Control: Ensure the final quality of repairs and oversee the quality control of products completed by the team.
Workload Management: Monitor and update the workload plan, managing contingencies related to the reception flow to maintain efficiency.
Resource Management: Ensure the immediate and forecasted availability of necessary human and material resources to meet project demands.
Process Implementation: Participate in the implementation of physical and computerized flows, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Who you are
Proven experience in team coordination or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using computerized tools and systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
