We’re looking for professionals to represent AT&T who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet "first responders" providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. If you are passionate about taking care of people and have a working knowledge of tech products, we can't wait to work with you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business First Responders.
Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication and written skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
