As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our clients' businesses. You will be responsible for providing expert financial advice, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
Must have an active CPA license.
Must have 5+ years of tax experience and be able to prepare/review business and individual returns.
Prepare individual federal and state tax returns, covering all states.
Must be experienced with all types of returns, Corporation, S corporation, LLC, partnership, trusts, gift taxes, etc.
Must be proficient with QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other tax/accounting tech/software
Position can lead to a potential partnership at the firm.
Must be energetic, meticulous, outgoing, cheerful, and possess a sense of responsibility and commitment.
Must be able to answer staff questions and communicate with clients.
Master's Degree preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning, preparation, and compliance, ensuring adherence to state and federal tax laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise clients accordingly.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement. 
Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized financial guidance and recommendations to optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risks.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support business objectives and ensure alignment of financial strategies.
