Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description
The SVG Finance team is growing and we want you to be a part of it! We are currently hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. If you are passionate, driven, and looking to grow you career in strategic finance this is the role for you. This would be a hybrid/onsite position in our Kansas City office. 
Key responsibilities will include data analysis, financial forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting, with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that drive SVG’s financial outlook. Additionally, you’ll work with the variable compensation team; assisting in annual compensation plan design and improving monthly processes. You will also be able and willing to handle other ad-hoc requests directed to the FP&A team, with the ability to own and develop analyses from beginning to end independently.
