Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our service team as an Associate Service Specialist. This onsite role will be responsible for efficiently managing various aspects of order processing, quoting, receiving purchase orders, and customer service. The role will be primarily focused on administrative tasks with a significant portion dedicated to customer service duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Data Entry: Accurately create quotes while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
Quote Entry: Assist in entering and managing quotes and customer inquiries, while ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to both external clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates on orders, address any concerns, and ensure a seamless experience.
Order Management: Efficiently manage orders from creation to fulfillment, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
Project Management: Handle a high volume of quotes and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
Multi-Screen Management: Ability to work with multiple screens simultaneously to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, quotes, and customer interactions.
