Part-time Architectural Assessor

Company: AECOM
Job type: Part-time

Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a Part-time Variable Architectural Assessor to join the U.S. West Digital Consulting team. This opportunity is remote.
Department Description
The U.S. West Digital Consulting group consists of 13 multi-disciplinary team members operating remotely from the east coast to the Rocky Mountains. We frequently team with many other departments and business lines within the larger AECOM. One of our main service offerings is asset advisory services, which enables organizations to have effective capital and operations and maintenance (O&M) planning strategies for dealing with maintenance, repair and replacement of their assets and infrastructure to enable them to achieve their goals. We believe the client must have critical asset data that provides sound information from which they can make accurate, credible and defensible investment decisions. This includes having the capability to predict the cost, timing, impact and alternatives of identified needs.
Our condition assessment process allows for a more in-depth look at a building and its systems to gain a comprehensive and accurate picture of a facility’s condition. Our integrated assessment teams observe and analyze infrastructure and equipment for condition, capacity, reliability and remaining useful life. The process includes on-site surveying, data and deficiency analysis, cost estimation, project development, and need prioritization. Assessment, ADA, and energy data is efficiently collected using mobile digital tools, allowing for seamless integration into enterprise systems such as maintenance management, asset management, and energy analysis software for further analysis and reporting. With the data and analysis we provide the client, they are better able to align their long-term capital projects with their strategic priorities.
