Job Description
The Client Partnership Coordinator is a junior position that supports overall logistics, orchestration, and coordination of client partnership initiatives, both internally and externally. The coordinator supports the teams working on all aspects of Toyota’s business to deliver all campaign assets and deliverables.
You will assist teammates with day-to-day tasks for projects, agency process and the workflow to create best-in-class campaigns and assets. Success for this position is measured by, but not limited to, understanding agency processes, eagerness to continually learn and grow in the position, manage multiple projects successfully to completion, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ideal candidates will be self-driven, organized, offer strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and effectively partner and collaborate across teams and agency partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support general administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to formatting and distribution of weekly internal materials, meeting notes, project calendars, presentation preparation, and internal and external meeting scheduling.
Support delivery of projects with tasks such as opening jobs, and completing work orders, delivery file name confirmation, completing and routing copy decks, asset grids, and file storage and organization.
Learn, and master, all key Saatchi and Toyota processes to support teams.
