We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as an Experienced Life Insurance Agent. As an Experienced Life Insurance Agent, you will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to advise clients, generate leads, and drive sales of life insurance products.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources to generate leads and drive business growth.
Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand insurance coverage requirements and financial objectives.
Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life policies, and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs and preferences.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and coverage details.
Process insurance applications, including gathering necessary documentation, completing required paperwork, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, claims assistance, and policyholder services, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product developments to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Life Insurance Agent or in a related role within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Must possess a valid life insurance license.
Compensation: 
This position offers a commission-only compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ annually, based on individual performance and productivity.
