Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work across all three of our offices, assisting our orthodontists in providing high-quality orthodontic treatments to our patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working specifically in orthodontics.
Responsibilities:
Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and orthodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Take and process diagnostic X-rays and impressions
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care for their orthodontic appliances
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Perform sterilization and infection control procedures as per guidelines
Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Requirements
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Orthodontic experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in orthodontics
Proficiency in taking dental impressions and X-rays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
Must be able to travel to Keller, Haslet, and Northlake
