Responsibilities

Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services to customers.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interactions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
