O2B Kids is a GROWING education company. We are currently looking for a regional trainer for our Palm Beach region. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required
Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center
Conduct initial training for new employees
Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangment
Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale
Ability to work with several locations and staff
Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements

Requirements
DCF Introduction to Child Care Courses
Active Staff Credential
Active Director Credential w/VPK Endorsement (preferred)
CPR/First Aid
Experience working with children 6-13 years-old
Management experience
