Job Description
This role is specifically within FTC, a SOCOTEC company. We are currently looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to perform an array of general administrative duties that include client billing with working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Dependable, well organized with basic knowledge of general accounting including experience in A/R service billing & collections.
Responsibilities:
Setup/generate/maintain accounts receivable client files
Prepare, verify and process client invoices
Update client fee schedules
Email statements to clients
Monitor client account details for non payments, delayed/missed/partial payments
Perform filing, scanning and general administrative tasks
