Senior Accountant 
 
Piping Technology & Products, Inc., a Manufacturing company with over 45 years of experience is seeking an experienced accountant for our team. The Individual would be actively involved in the accounting process assisting with financial records and transactions. Candidate must be a delegated diligent worker, organized and work well with others.
 
Responsibilities
 
* Prepare budget forecasts – Basic understanding of Cost Accounting
* Reconcile and post General Ledger entries
* Prepare and review Letter of Credits and Bonds
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports and supporting schedule for multiple companies
* Assist with year-end audits
 
 
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* Minimum 3 years accounting experience
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organized, with analytical and Problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to prioritize and work independently while maintaining attention to details                                      
* Knowledge and a programming understanding of software programs such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics (url removed), or Great Plains
