WellsColeman, a local CPA firm and Best Place to Work, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. As the Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. We anticipate the duties of this role to be less than full-time, however, are willing to reallocate other firm administration duties if full-time is desired.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and internal referrals
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers with candidates and manage the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system
Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices
Additional operational tasks to support the firm as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience utilizing various recruitment channels and tools
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Previous experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
