Education Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for an Education Manager, to work for one of the country's leading Educational Training Providers. to lead and manage the Education Framework to maximise contract performance, deliver quality provision, and exceed the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of ‘Improving People ’s Lives’.

Location: Leicestershire/Northants

Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

* A relevant first degree and/or professional qualification and a teaching qualification

* Evidence of continuous professional development together with the ability to develop and manage an achievement-focussed team

* A creative and flexible approach towards achieving objectives and deadlines

* Persuasive and supportive leadership and staff management skills

* The ability to identify and implement continuous improvements to the curriculum in line with the needs and demands of learners and employers

* An innovative approach and proactive style together with highly developed communication skills and the natural ability to influence others
