We have a fantastic opportunity for a Utilities Support Advisor join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day.

About the role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity where you will be the first point of contact for utility queries on behalf of the Energy & Environment (E&E) department. This involves processing and responding to relevant queries, both internally and externally, across a range of topics such as changes of tenancy, billing, meters, site works, and supplier queries. You will also regularly provide support to your E&E department colleagues on energy related projects.

The core aspect of this role is the accurate provision of data in response to requests, therefore attention to detail and being diligent are vital for efficient delivery of tasks. Our aim is always to get it right first time. You will collate data and information from multiples sources, systems, and colleagues, then prepare documents and liaise with various stakeholders, both internally & externally, to resolve queries.

What you will bring to the role:

Administer the Utilities Team inbox via Compass. Assign incoming queries to new or existing cases. This requires being able to correctly assign and categorise each case.
Respond to all internal and external utility queries and requests (e.g. requests for meter details, billing data, supplier information, site works, etc) accordingly.
Maintain up to date case notes, supplier query logs, and provide succinct regular updates on cases to the Utility Helpdesk Manager
Diligently assess incoming site works requests, assisting colleagues as necessary, liaising with third parties, and following processes. Overseeing to completion.
Process changes of tenancy (COT ins and COT outs), by undertaking any COT-related requests in a timely manner, ensuring the team's end to end COT process is followed and all necessary forms are processed.
Experience:

Able to quickly build rapport and maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Interest in Utilities, Energy and Environment.
