Are you an experienced Engineering Planner / Maintenance Planner / CMMS Planner / Engineering Planning Supervisor ready to join a dynamic and rapidly growing food manufacturing company? We're searching for a skilled and driven Engineering Planner to become a vital part of our client's team.

Role Overview:
As an Engineering Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising the maintenance and engineering operations. Your responsibilities include:
* Analysing work orders and scoping for planning.
* Conducting field assessments for job requirements.
* Ensuring safety procedures are implemented.
* Estimating task hours and skill requirements.
* Developing detailed job plans for skilled trades.
* Procuring equipment and tools.
* Creating clear work procedures.
* Timely delivery of work orders to skilled trades.
* Collaborating with skilled trades for future job efficiency.
* Coordinating priority setting with input from operations personnel.
* Managing equipment and repair parts data.
* Communicating effectively with contractor resources.
* Compiling and delivering KPI reports.
Requirements and Skills:
* Proficiency in CMMS, spreadsheets (Excel), and word processing (Word).
* Familiarity with Project Management Software (MS Project) and email.
* Strong research skills for internet searches.
* Effective communication with various stakeholders.
* Capable of cost analysis and budget management.
* Strong report writing and presentation skills.
* Committed to safety and teamwork.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* Quick learner of maintenance best practices.
* Excellent organisational and task planning skills.
