The successful candidate will play an important role in furthering their digital journey growth, ensuring systems are run efficiently, managing user demands, and providing great customer satisfaction. This role is catered towards a recent graduate or a keen learner willing to develop their IT skills.

Extra holiday after one year Some Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Ability to set up, use, and maintain Office 365 Applications.
Communicate with clients and computers to identify and resolve issues.
Diagnosing and repairing physical equipment, and installing replacement parts when necessary.
Ability to set up, use, and maintain CCTV systems.
Travel and stay overnight when required. Some Required Skills and Qualifications:
General knowledge of business software, Office 365, and network infrastructure.
Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
Ability to present ideas and information clearly.
Organisation is key, including being detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks.
Full UK driving license.
Positive mindset towards challenges and setbacks
