1st/2nd Line Support Engineer (MSP)

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned 1st/2nd Line Engineer to bolster my clients dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology, outstanding communication skills, and a strong background in managing diverse IT environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems: Expertise in setup, deployment, and migration.
Active Directory: Proficiency with Group Policy, DNS, and FSMO roles.
Network Infrastructure: Mastery of Routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, and Wireless Access Points (WAP).
Physical Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Servers, SANs, Firewalls, and Switches.
Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint
Virtualization: Proficiency with Hyper-V and VMware, including configuration and deployment.
Backup and Disaster Recovery: Proven track record in implementing and managing solutions for Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a 1st /2nd Line Engineer.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware).
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Additional Information:

Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Participation in an on-call rotation may be needed.
