We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Application Support Analyst to join our support team during an exciting period of growth.

This is a challenging and varied role supporting our global client base including some of the largest organisations in the world. We pride ourselves on building excellent working relationships with our clients and want every client to be an advocate for our software.

You will work closely with our Support Manager, customers, colleagues, and partners to maintain the high standards of support our clients have come to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer queries through our support portal

* Collaborating with our internal Development and Consultancy teams

* Championing customer priorities and driving incidents to closure

* Producing high-quality documentation and knowledge base/wiki pages

* Deploying releases/system updates to customer sites

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

* A track record of working successfully in an application support role

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrating ability to bring high level, complex client issues to resolution

* Excellent communication and relationship management skills at all levels within the business, both internal and external

* Proficient with SQL and understanding of relational database systems

* Good debugging proficiency, including the ability to read and debug complex code using DevOps/Visual Studio

* Familiarity of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, PowerShell and SharePoint Online

* Exposure to change management protocols, awareness, and knowledge of ITIL process

* Ability to act as a product functional and technical SME

* Service desk/support portals
