Job title: Service Protection Engineer

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Depending on experience
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience in utility protection
- Familiarity with PAS128
- NVQ Level 3 in utility mapping
- Familiarity with HSG47
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
Ideally applicants should also have:

- Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Surveys

Role information:

- Coordinate utility identification and mapping tasks
- Carry out risk assessments and hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits
- Carry out desktop studies
- Mark out all known utility positions and feedback to supervisors
- Coordinate GPR surveying
