Internal Sales Representative

Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to be part of their dynamic team. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.90 to £12.82, with the possibility of an annual salary of £26,000 to £28,000!

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will have the chance to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:

Selling products and services over the phone or via email.
Understanding the customers' needs and identifying new sales opportunities.
Assisting the Sales team in closing deals.
Representing the company by communicating with customers, both over the phone and in person, to fulfil their orders.
Developing relationships with new and existing customers to ensure profitability.To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or a similar industry.
The ability to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
