Operations Manager

True is recruiting for a leading figure in District Heating & Sustainable Energy, recognised for their services with local authorities across the UK. As specialists in designing, building, and installing Heat Networks & Energy Centres, they stand at the forefront of providing sustainable solutions across the public and private sector, with work on Schools, Universities, Colleges and Hospitals.

The business’ operations team is growing, and they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Operations Manager for the North West region. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of contracts and the delivery of all projects in the region - working directly with their clients, to develop and strengthen relationships in order to secure future work.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for a team of 4 Contracts Managers, working across several different sites. Due to growth of the business, there is opportunity for this role to progress into a Regional Manager position over the next few years.

This role would suit someone with a Mechanical background, currently in an Operations Manager / Operations Director role. Equally we would consider a Senior Contracts Manager who is looking to the next step.

The Operations Manager will receive:

* £70,000 - £80,000
