What are we looking for in a Primary Teacher?
 
Given the current staffing challenges faced by many schools, anzuk education is actively seeking dedicated Primary Teachers, both for short-term and long-term placements in and around Taunton. We are looking for individuals who are committed to creating nurturing and stimulating learning environments where every child can flourish academically and personally.
As a Primary Teacher with us, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects to children in Key Stages 1 and 2 (we can accommodate your preferences regarding key stages)
Effectively implement behaviour management and safeguarding policies
Employ a variety of teaching methods to actively engage students and optimise learning outcomes for all in the classroom
Provide timely feedback on student progress and behaviour to colleagues and, when requested, to parents
Possess an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one through anzuk
Maintain an updated CV, detailing employment history back to compulsory education; any gaps in employment must be accounted for, and references should cover the last two years comprehensively
