Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Maidenhead - £30,000+
Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an Assistant QS into the team.
The role will be based in both the office and at site for visits when required. Hours are 8 - 5, Monday to Friday.
Duties:
* Putting together tender return review sheets with the wider team
* Chasing tender returns with sub-contractors
* Setting up scope of works
* Attending meetings on sites
* Attending cost report meetings
* Updating budgets for site labour
* Carry out measurements for cost plans, budgeting, and checks
* Review valuation applications
Skills Required:
* HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent qualification as well as previous experience or relevant degree
* Good Excel knowledge and understanding of formulas.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to multiple deadlines
